The customer's requirements: the bulk goods need to be sent to different regions in batches, and the quantity of each delivery is variable, which involves the long storage time of the goods in the factory. Finally, the customer determined the latest delivery time of the goods.

During the production period, the customer added 1000 sets, the increase of the number caused problems in our production delivery time. Finally, after communication, the factory added more cooperation personnel, and the delivery time was determined on the basis of not affecting.

At the beginning of the year, the factory is in the stage of resuming work, and the order quantity is not too large, so the processing of some new urgent orders is relatively smooth. I will feed back the production progress to the customers every day to let them know the situation.

After the order is completed, I will help the customers to take high-definition pictures of the products for the customers to publicize and promote the products, and try my best to cooperate with the customers to increase their sales.

 

2When the customer just received the inquiry, he needed to find the end material of raw materials, he needed to find the cheap end material and then export it to be processed into their products. After the communication, he knew that the size requirements of the end material he wanted were relatively large, so it could not be said as the end material at all in our case. After further understanding, he finally knew that the customer wanted to use it to make our heart-shaped scraping board. After knowing these, I recommended the scraping in our stock to the customer, and the customer was also interested in the quoted price.

We sent some samples to the customer for free, and the customer was satisfied after receiving the samples. However, because they just delivered a batch of goods not long ago, it still takes time to place the next batch of orders. At that time, we still quoted the price to the customer and explained the quality of our products in detail.

The end material of the customer's inquiry for raw materials did not specify the specific product to be made. After knowing the size required by the customer in detail, we found that the product the customer wanted to process was made by us. Then, we suggested the customer to purchase the finished product directly to give the customer the advantage in price, so that the customer could give up purchasing materials and processing by himself and buy our products.

 

 

3The customer is a brand owner in the United States. The product he needs is our beauty hockey sticks. He needs to make customized color, customize boutique packaging box and print LOGO.

In the early stage, I mainly communicated with customers about the customization process, provided samples for free, and sent samples to make customers have confidence in the quality of our products.

Brand customers have high requirements for product quality in all aspects. Our factory has equipment and instrument testing for customers' requirements. Environmental test, salt spray test, transportation vibration test and other requirements of the customer have been done, and a third party inspection company has conducted the inspection.

Since the customer got into contact with liquid export for the first time, he found that these products involved some reports after learning about them, so he came to me to learn about them. The customer just didn't know that this product was not that complicated. Later, I recommended the forwarder company we often cooperate with and provided him with some export testing reports of our products. Finally, the export problem was solved smoothly.

 

 

4The customer is a beauty chain store in Britain. This time, they need to find a product as a holiday gift to give to the customers who come to the store on the same day. They have no specific product target, but they have a general price target.

The early stage is mainly involved in the communication of product quality problems, because the jade in the process of radium carving color because the dye will penetrate into the sand pit on the surface of the jade, it is very troublesome to clean up, and the individual can not even be cleaned up. We have had a lot of contact with this inspection. We have prepared some preparatory work before the inspection in advance, so as to facilitate the inspection personnel and improve the efficiency of the inspection. We will answer the questions raised by the inspection personnel one by one and give feedback to the customer.

During the inspection process, Mr. Li was very satisfied with our factory environment and quality requirements. After communicating with some details, the order was confirmed very quickly.

In the production process, due to the requirements of the terminal, some changes were made in the process, such as the LOGO on the color box and scrapping, as well as some labels on the outer box, which virtually increased the cost of the factory. After communicating with the customer, they were also relatively easy to communicate with each other, and finally solved the increased cost by half.

Throughout the whole project, the customer was very forthcoming and satisfied with our cooperation. The inspection process was also very smooth. When a few boxes of each style were randomly checked, the quality of our products was affirmed, and finally the goods were shipped to foreign terminals on time with our joint efforts.
